Role Overview
The Kitchen Porter supports kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across all back-of-house areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clean kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
Support waste management and deliveries
Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Assist chefs with basic support tasks
KPIs & Success Metrics
Cleanliness and readiness of kitchen areas
Compliance with hygiene standards
Reliability and teamwork
Candidate Requirements
Previous kitchen or cleaning experience preferred
